Our youngest students continued their introduction to Luther by attending their own Year 7 Athletics Carnival at Ringwood Athletics Track this week.
The morning was an opportunity to try their hand at a number of events including 100 metres, 800 metres, shot put and long jump as well as cheer on their fellow students. Our Year 7s have had a busy start to secondary school with plenty of activities including camp to Phillip Island, swimming and athletics carnivals as well as a whole of school House Athletics Carnival set for later this month.
Any fears of combination locks and lockers, moving from class to class, new subjects and making friends appear to have disappeared, with plenty of smiles and laughter seen and heard daily around campus!
