Over 100 students represented Luther College in May at the EISM Athletics Division 1 carnival at Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park. It was a fantastic day, even with the challenging weather conditions.
Our students had some amazing individual results with a number of personal bests. Congratulations to Year 8 student Ruby who had a record-breaking day, smashing the EISM record for U14 girls Discuss with a throw of 31.13m and the U13 girls shot put record with a result of 10.62m. These are incredible achievements, especially as there were only three records broken for the day across all age groups.
Luther won the U15 boys division and the Open girls division. Congratulations to all our students and staff for their hard work, training and participation.
