Premier Awards Academic Excellence

Current Year 12 students Kyle Campbell, Olivia Harris, Lauren Kewley and Carey Pedersen have been recognised for their outstanding VCE results at the Premier’s VCE Awards ceremony on Thursday 27 April 2017.

The Premier’s VCE Award ceremony acknowledges the individual achievements by students and pays tribute to the teachers, parents and principals who play an invaluable role in supporting and encouraging students during their VCE studies.

As current Year 12 students, Kyle, Olivia, Lauren and Carey each undertook a VCE Unit 3 and 4 subject in 2016, and each of them attained a perfect study score in that subject.

The subjects that they studied in 2016 and received a Premier’s Award for are:

Kyle Campbell – Outdoor and Environmental Studies

Olivia Harris - Food and Technology

Lauren Kewley - Food and Technology

Carey Pedersen – Psychology

“These awards are also the result of the team effort by all members of our school community. Each of the students presented with an award is very appreciative of the passion, support, mentoring and assistance provided by their teachers. All four students also acknowledge that their awards were the result of hard work and the support of their families”, says Tim Martin, Luther College’s Head of Senior School.

Congratulations Kyle, Olivia, Lauren and Carey on your achievements!
