Stamps for Missions
17/03/2009
Are any parents connected with the school who work in an office where used stamps and envelopes are simply thrown away?
Are any parents connected with the school who work in an office where used stamps and envelopes are simply thrown away? Perhaps you have a contact in a large office or even a mailing house, a place where lots of mail passes through. If you know of such a situation, we would be delighted if you could contact the school so that arrangements can be made to collect these stamps and envelopes and use them in the “Stamps for Missions” project. This relates specifically to envelopes with stamps – envelopes marked “postage paid” are of no use. It applies to stamps of all kinds, stamps of larger denominations that are used on large envelopes and parcels are particularly valuable.
We would be delighted to hear from anyone who is able to help in any way.
