Sails Cafe (Canteen)

The PTFA is responsible for the running of the College canteen, the Sails Café. It is one of the main fundraisers for the PTFA.
The Sails Café is centrally located on the campus next to the Dining Room and on the edge of the main quadrangle. It is run by several paid staff, led by longserving Canteen Manager, Mrs Joy Nitschke, with the help of a small army of parent volunteers. Parent helper rosters are published fortnightly in Crosslight. Parents are encouraged to volunteer their services and Joy can be contacted on 9724 2060.
The canteen is open for business each school day at recess and lunchtimes and provides nutritious food and drinks to both students and staff. Prices are as low as reasonably possible. Parent participation helps greatly in maintaining this policy and is very much appreciated.
Staff and students are asked to place their lunch orders before chapel to ensure that their choices are available.
