VET at Luther College

VET (Vocational Education and Training) Courses are a part of the VCE, allowing students to both study for a nationally accredited vocational certificate, as well as gain VCE credits at Unit 1-4 level. They also offer either a study score or an increment towards the ENTER in Year 12.

Luther College is part of the Mullum Cluster, a group of 19 schools and the Eastern Industry Education Partnership (EIEP) that are working cooperatively and have formed a partnership to deliver a wide range of VET programs.

The Mullum Cluster is offering programs designed to maximise employment opportunities and allow a progressive pathway for future study for all students in the post compulsory years of schooling. Delivery of VET Competencies will vary and may include instruction from TAFE personnel in a school setting, delivery by a teacher at a school or work placement; all of which could be included in one VET program.
