Senior School

A senior student discussing her future with the Careers AdvisorSenior School at Luther College comprises Years 10, 11 and 12. Students in the Senior School are challenged to see beyond their secondary schooling and to be outward looking, active and responsible citizens.

As the students prepare to enter the Senior School, they are encouraged to plan and organise their studies for the next three years. Year 10 students have the opportunity to begin their VCE program early by undertaking one or more Unit 1/2 subject/s as part of their Year 10 course. All Year 10 students will participate in one week of both work experience and City Experience (Census 10). These two programs provide students with crucial information and experience about the working world beyond the classroom assisting them with career planning.

In Years 11 and 12, students are provided with a broad range of VCE subjects from which they can develop their course. Study options can also include Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses as offered through The Mullum Cluster.
